WHO I AM:

Hi and welcome to Jaimefit.com and my instagram @gayfitguru where I use my talents as a fitness coach and graphic artist to help people become strong, fit and flexible from the inside out for good. I have been training as a swimmer and triathlete as well as animating cartoon characters, studying and drawing the human anatomy since I was 10 years old. This website is all about teaching you my fitness training technique called EVERYTHING’S A STRETCH and THE ABC’S OF FITNESS. I will also show you and teach you about my art called PUSHIT on the art page of this website.

EVERYTHING’S A STRETCH is my fitness training technique and program about learning how to flow from muscular strength to flexibility. I specialize in shaping and reshaping the human body and joint structure by strengthening and lengthening bones, joints and muscles with weights, bodyweight and a trigger point therapy ball system I designed. My system incorporates 3 parts: body, poses and moves. Body is bones, joints and muscles. Poses are standing, sitting, kneeling and laying. Moves are BART, bending, arching, rotating and twisting. Through my videos, podcast and instructional blog posts on my instagram and my up-to-date health and fitness $20 a month membership website, jaimefit.substack.com, I demonstrate how to maximize your body’s strength, length and muscular endurance with your body, handheld weights, a mat, a therapy ball, sound advice and simple guidance from me.

THE ABC’S OF FITNESS is the mental training part of my fitness technique and program where I teach you how to master the basics of fitness: A is for align your body. B is for breathe into your mind and brain. C is for connect with the highest power, oxygen, and the task at hand. D is for digestion. E is for expand your body, limbs and ribs to feel good and so on until the end of the alphabet landing at Z for zen. All of these concepts are simple health and fitness reminders that will help guide the process of transforming your body, mind and heart one day at a time. I will be your daily reminder to align, breathe, connect, digest, expand and focus on the rest of the health and fitness alphabet.

FITNESS PROGRAM: This is a 55 minute face-to-face or video session to assess your health and fitness history as well as your fitness goals, potential roadblocks, etc. It will include the assessment, learning my system with demonstrations and a full body muscular strength and endurance workout as well as a comprehensive training plan that will help build a strong and solid fitness foundation. TRAINING SESSIONS: This is a 55 minute face-to-face or video session which includes a warm up, the workout and a cooldown. The workout will be based on your health and fitness goals which typically range from getting a lean and muscular physique during a specific timeframe, healing from chronic musculoskeletal injuries, losing 10-20-30-40 pounds, getting into a regular holistic fitness routine, training for a specific sport like swimming, triathlon, tennis or golf, etc. Each workout will be highly effective without straining the body. TAILORED TRAINING PACKAGES: This is for clients looking for full body transformations based on a deadline. I will work with you and your health practitioners every step of the way to building your dream body. We will first have an initial face-to-face consultation to discuss all of the possible options in achieving this goal, whether that is to gain 10 pounds of muscle before the next summer, win triathlons or strengthen joints that have been chronically injured, neglected, and are now ready to repair and finally heal. ENERGY WORK: This is a 45-75 minute body work, trigger point and physical therapy on the ground and a massage table at my gym studio at 200 West 20th Street. The main goal for the session is to realign your body, regain the flow of breath from the top of the head to the tip of the toes and fingers and connect with yourself in mind, body and soul as well as the head with the heart and the hips.
