FITNESS PROGRAM:

1-on-1: $160 per session. Each session is 55 minutes.
1-on-2: $110 per person per session ($220 total cost).
1-on-3: $95 per person per session ($285 total cost).
1-on-4: $85 per person per session ($340 total cost).

TRAINING SESSIONS:

ENERGY WORK:

1-on-1: $200 for 45 minutes. $300 for 75 minutes.
1-on-2: 1-on-2: $150 per person per 45 minutes ($300 total cost). $250 per person per 75 minutes ($500 total cost).

GROUP WORKOUTS:

Groups of 5: $300 per session. Each session is 55 minutes.
Groups of 6-10: $400 per session.
Groups 10+: $500 per session.
