I train clients with basic but effective exercise routines that target their cardio, core, length and strength every single moment of the session. With me you will go from knowing what to do to understanding what to feel with your body and your movements- good posture is the key!
We use body weight, free weights, cables, stretching, core training, spinning/cycling, running, swimming and other forms of exercise to achieve long lasting results.
