MEN'S GROUP WORKOUT
This Men's Group Workout is a total body, core shredding men's semi-private workout. It's a cardio warmup, pull-ups for lats, dumbbells for chest and arms, leg and plank routines for obliques and a tough abs routine for the waistline. My job is to help you get and keep a FIT body for good. This workout will be between 50 minutes to an hour so please bring a towel, water and sneakers.
